You can add new plant species or varieties to the encyclopedia with very little work.....

1st. Choose the genus from the combo box pick list

2nd. Type in the new species or variety name

3rd. Click the 'Add new plant name' button

If you want to add a new plant genus then this is easily done.

(You can add new pictures and text for your new plants just as you can add or edit the information for all the other plants.)

You can also add your own voices to pronounce the new latin plant names, by clicking on the button 'Add voices'.

(The encyclopedia has the capability for you to add many thousands of your own pictures and records to the encyclopedia, if you wanted to.  It would also be easy to make backup safety copies of the pictures and text that you have added.)

Just about everything can be done with one or two clicks of the mouse !
