This facility is included so that, if you wish, you can adjust to your own preferences some of the features of the Growing Plants package.

For example you can adjust the background colours of the plant information screens.

There is an option to use 'speed tabs' on certain screens.  This feature will 'press' the tabs buttons as you move the mouse under the tabs, without even needing to click the mouse button !

Here the 'Package settings' screen is shown with part of the on-screen Help.  All the screens in Growing Plants have been designed with ease of use in mind, but in case it is needed clicking on the 'Help' button will instantly produce complete explanations for the screen you are using.

Just about everything can be done with one or two clicks of the mouse !
